've never been big into anime. But I saw most of one anime film called Ninja Scroll. It was awesome, very violent, well animated, and had a badass final fight between the hero Jubei and the villain Gema. Doesn't relate to this topic, but I was just saying(c) I`m trying to do ninja-stalth game with some sci-fi elements and pretty much of violence. Don`t like - go out =)

awesome...you done system to cut out each part like only head or something...or they will always cutted out when attacking ?! u know what i mean ...
It give you posibility to save ragdoll with or without cutted parts and use shaders, but in my mod they will always lose something, since you`ll need totally destroy body of enemy to defeat em.

Mmm.. I guess so. at least for 3-4 parts of body.
The question is - how to control cutting, I don`t like targeting with razors.
Hmm... do you thought about making corsair in shape of katana slicing direction? Like you know / and _ on it so player would know what he will cut off. It would be also easier to know where slice will hit.
Actually I wouldn`t do it cause blind attacks are better on mky taste, also MP2 not MGS Rising, so it gonna end up pretty buggy and probably hard.
I meant more just cossair picture. So, you know, you could aim what arm or leg to cut off. Without projectiles etc. just simple corsair that just show hitting place.
But if that fit your taste it probably fit my own too. Ehhh all that blood :)
