This enemy type is agile and reckless, his biomechanical T.U.R.K.E.Y.L.E.G.S system allows him to navigate the rooftops of Future Venice with ease. If they take enough damage, they will wildly fire their weapons in a panicked frenzy which can result in a chain reaction of friendly fire, which the player can use to their advantage
