There isn't anything to say.
the quality of the rocks is what makes this different looking than skyrim, otherwise, looks pretty much the same.
I think you might be high, man. Sure, this looks very nice for a 2002 game, and it's definitely worth playing. But this looks absolutely nothing like Skyrim. And even if you somehow convinced me that it does, that'd only be vanilla Skyrim, modded Skyrim isn't even remotely in this ballpark.
Graphics aren't Skyrims problem, there's a bunch of other stuff we can talk about Skyrim in a negative way.
