Backup original file Dawn of War 2\GameAssets\Archives\GameAttrib.sga and replace with one from this mod. Version is for latest DoW II + Chaos Rising (2.6.0.0). Dawn of War 2\GameAssets\Archives\GameAttrib.sga modified, inside of this archive \simulation\attrib\tuning\tuning_info.rbf at line 2771 "discretionary_attrib_points: 20;" and couple of next levels, enough for original game and Chaos Rising to have all skills on max.

How do i edit the attribute points? I cant even convert the rbf file to text with cmd, it just tells me error this and error that eventho I even copied and pasted the command on converting all rbf file in the directory, and yes I did copy and pasted the .rbf file to the same directory of the converter app too.

First time I downloaded this mod, it worked as should.
Wanted to try with other mods, I redownloaded the game for fresh mod install.
then this mod does not work for some reason, even with -dev line.
