There Can Be Only One file - MoO Cheats mod for Master of Orion

This mod makes it so that the AI all hate the player, but they like each other. Note that if you aren't using the Unofficial Code Patch, then you have to make a custom race for it to work.

This mod is based on the MoO2 cheat code, canbonly1, which instantly turned the entire galaxy against you.

This should work with other mods, but you should put it after any mods that modify the races in the mods list in game.
