Adds a custom race perk that when chosen unlocks all techs at the beginning of the game.
This mod adds a 0 point custom race trait to the custom race screen that unlocks all technologies at the start of the game. It should be usable with or without the 5X mod.
MoO2 veterans may recall that MoO2 had some cheat codes, one of which was "einstein" which instantly unlocked all technologies, hence the mod name here.
I haven't tested this mod very much. Please let me know if you run into any issues. When you use the mod, everything will be unlocked at the beginning, but the tech tree will still show all of the tech nodes as not having been researched. I suggest you simply scroll to the end of the tech tree and select "evolving technologies" as your research target so you don't have to deal with choosing new (and pointless) research for the entirety of the game.
This should work with all other mods regardless of where you put it in the mod order. It won't give you custom techs that have been added by mods other than 5X, however. Upon request I can update it to include techs from specific other mods.
