Fİrsly download v3.1 then download v3.12.
Nice mod but Byzantium didn't exist in 1226 as a result of the IV Crusade. So instead there was the Latin Empire, Nicaea, Trebizond, Epirus, Duchy of Thessalonica, Principality of Achaea ect. As it is historically accurate, it will make the gameplay on the Balkan more interesting as well. Good luck with the mod!
