This is a mod tool's package I put together for modder's like myself It has most of the tools for Fallout 3 & tes 4 Oblivion that people use to create new meshes, textures, scripts & esp files for extra content for the games. This package contains programs, patches, & plugins you all should desire. My advice to new modder's is this and this only... "you have to learn to walk before you can run". Start on something easy then work your way up to more complex projects. The only way to learn is by trying.
