the second ultimate unit of china,armed with 4 flame guns and 4 flame rockets
sp:earth shock ,an earthquake by its tail causing big damage to the near units
......if you actually create a unit like that, a mechanical dragon, I will be very very pleased, I must say I love dragons.

no,that will ruin the faction's concept and will be over fantasy
I mean say, either the chinese make a missile or air-ground support "dragon" ,meaning wings are flaps and ailerons requiring fly-by system and/or napalm based weaponry
they have that by default but i don't want to give them many air units as i don't want make them close to the usa concept,the should ruel over the land not the air

let the head bende forwarts when it striks that you get the effect he's really forwarts attacking :-)
Only one point of critique: the guns atthe sides of the dragon's head don't give a very good look to that part. Perhaos you could make the dragon head actually breathe fire to compensate for possibly removing those guns?
Other than that, love the concept!
