Midnight Animal is a fan-made, full standalone mod of Hotline Miami, featuring brand new content including a completely new storyline, masks, characters, music, weapons, and levels. It takes place nearly thirty years after the events of Hotline Miami 2, and deals with the world reconstructed by Fifty Blessings following nuclear escalation. Officially approved by Dennis Wedin of Dennaton Games, Midnight Animal will be released through modDB, Steam, and itch.io, and will be released for PC, completely free of charge.
Description
Very short demo, for the game that was available on steam at the time the page was up. Its very good showcase of variety in the gameplay. The enemies are faster and more responsive then the original game, and there is a satisfying screenshake every time you knock down enemy or eviscerate them.
