Good job, left my review. Few bugs I found are a missing floor (custom maybe? it's where the drain valve is) and a weirdly placed duplicate hammer (first one didn't get removed, yet I found another one) in the section where you need to drain the water.
Also you should deactivate the area when the acid is finished, it blocks picking up the item itself a little :D

Hello, (Zdarova), new Ukrainian TDD Modder. You did a good job! For a first custom story this is actually very very nice! Im proud of you, but the thing I didn't like in this custom story is a lot of chases and there was only BRUTE (But I can already understand it by the name of custom story and some screens), I haven't noticed parts of LORE at all. Lightning and detailing is good for first custom story. Good job! Wish you good lucks on future projects and such :)
I think I'm stuck! I maded to the guest rooms and press the button one of the rooms, but then the wall is misplaced for some reason and when I press the button, it just throws a painting inside that room and nothing happens? Is there supposed to be key or something for this? I have latest patch and latest assets too. What am I missing?

I think this is a bug of the game itself. I had this bug too. To fix it, you need to verify integrity of game files using steam
I've experienced something else in the same room - even though I was ignoring the brute and he didn't see me, he went exactly to the hole in the wall and closed the shell, so I became trapped with no way out. Fortunately there are autosaves but maybe there's something you could do about that.
