I think it would be neat if we could actually claim these weapons from fallen bosses after you have defeated them.
(Machine gun from that boss, shotgun from that guard etc)
Might be a little game breaking but I always thought that would make a good progress system to acquire certain weapons during a Metal Gear game.
It's been suggested before. It's not impossible, not very probable either though, but you never know.
Also an idea during VR missions ;)
