MERP is a total conversion modification of the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Explore Middle-earth in a fully open-ended environment like you've never seen before. Play races like Elves, Men, Hobbits and Dwarves and take part in the War of the Ring.

looks ****** beautiful! and do i sense some DOF?
so awesome! only problem is it causes a lot of lag when I look at it in game, but that's my computer's fault, lol.
No that's not really your fault. the Minas Tirith LOD is not well optimised so a lot of people experience lag.
Fantastic!!
oo nice
wow, does this mean that minas tirith interior is finished partly?
Only the model is pretty much finished. No interiors yet ;)
just came in my pants lol
Where is the beacon over Minas Tirith?
My thoughts exactly :)
That, and: HOLY S*** THIS IS SO AMAZING!
This version looks different to the one thats currently in the latest release. Is this one going to be a replacement because it looks more movie accurate.
Also, I have an Idea for minas Morgul. You should mkae two versions of it and incorperate a mission that alows the player and allies retake the fortress and restore it to its former glory.
This is the same as in the latest beta release actualy. And movie accuracy isn't the number one focus anyways, but rather book accuracy (which is good as the books are far more epic than the movie :P). Also, Minas Morgul won't be restored to Minas Ithil as that is in direct contradiction to the lore, which states that Minas Morgul and the Morgul Vale are unfit to live in and High King Elesar (Aragorn) has the city razed to the ground and the vale burnt. However, a new city is built at Emyn Arnen and the great cities of Arnor are rebuilt (Fornost, Anuminas, etc) and that will be done in MERP.
