Patch for Megas Alexandros II v1.0 (UI+generals fix) file

This patch allows you to recruit generals in Pella and Amphipolis

Fixes/adds the Eastern UI strat map advisor for Persia's campaign if played, it adds the BI advisor for the users who downloaded in 1 Sep 2019 and fixes the wrong advisor image used from a unit card for Kushite Spearmen in 300 Warlords of Sparta unintentionally, apologies to 300 Warlords of Sparta and the users of the mod.
