The Mediterranevm project aims to give Imperivm III more historical accuracy while still remaining true to the GBR aesthetic and core gaemplay.
With the latest version, the Republican Rome civilization obtains a completely unique roster from its Imperial counterpart. Other important fixes, such as the missing ToAttack and ToIdle animations from the Imperivm III unique units being now restored, the greek garrison and numidian tent getting revisited and other minor bugs being solved, give the mod a more polished look and fluid gameplay.
The Republican Rome AI has been fully reworked to function with its new units and techs, aswell as the other civilizations.

Thanks for your interest. The immortal problem with modding GBR is that the number of possible civilizations is hardcoded in the source (8), so there is no actual way to add a civilization with different buildings unless you remove another.
Finally, an historical mod. Do you have plans to reskin the egyptians units for a more ptolemaic look and not bronze age egyptians?
Also i think carthage needs a reskin too, the vanilla one feels from the Conan the Barbarian universe
Thanks for your interest. The immortal problem with modding GBR is that the number of possible civilizations is hardcoded in the source (8), so there is no actual way to add a civilization with different buildings unless you remove another. I thought about doing it for Carthage, which is by far the more historically inaccurate, but the amount of work for redoing all the assets would be really huge since I'm the only one who produces assets for this game currently, and I can tell you, that is one grueling task xd
Mediterranevm Mod could include Greek Civilization Mod as one Mod. Going further a big combination of all Imperium III mods and previous Imperium I + II Adventures could be awesome.
The second Greek Mod with the Greek buildings with red roofs could be transformed to Armenian or Thracomacedonian or Pontus Civilization or any similar civilization and all Civilizations with the two Roman (Republican, Imperial) could be 10 Civilizations. [The red roofs village buildings and the Roman village buildings could be swaped. As well there could be heroes on foot without horses and heroes could follow like attaching to other heroes.]
There's Greek Mod 1.9 that is exactly what you are looking for! Besides, an update (version 2.0) is about to be released in a few days. As for more civilazations, it is impossible for us to do what you say because the slots are limited to 8 factions. However a new variant of Rome is in development for the next update.
