Docking ring missing? Thread - MD's Freelancer Rebalance mod for Freelancer

I'm not writing this to complain as much to see if it is an operator/computer problem. I tried a bunch of games, but Freelancer with mods is my favorite. In the Earth Alliance system I noticed that with the Rebalance Rc4 with patch 2 that the Earth Docking Ring is missing. Is this by design? I've redownloaded R 3.56 Rc4 and wiped Freelancer 3 times, rebooted & defraged as well to no avail. I did not have this problem with Rc3. Keep up the great work, my head reels thinking about the work that goes into these mods to make them work thanks alot.

i dont think i removed the dock ring but i do belive i moved its position.
Its possible its just an install problem, im just booting it up to check now

K checked and exists in my version

needs moving still along way out from the planet atmosphere/

if you goto microsoft/freelancer/ should be a text file called Rebalance install options, this will list your chosen install choices.
Can u post it here so i know what options your using.

For fresh install you need to remove the right bits.

Delete your freelancer folder.
Delete your Saves in Mydocs/microsoft or mygames/freelancer/accts/
these need to be deleted or moved due to old saves show incorrect in updated verions/
shouldnt make a dockring not show but does affect some stuff.

Also makes sure u delete the mod in mod manager before using a new version.

best install is just
delete all
Fresh Freelancer, then just latest Full package for Rebalance.
