Masterwind is a complete balance overhaul which allows new and old players to experience The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind the way it should have been with smooth leveling, engaging combat, improved class development, and exciting enemy battles while maintaining the original Morrowind experience.
I've reworked the enchantment charge of armor to allow for more enchant to be placed on lighter armor and less on heavier. This allows for a warrior class to be focused more on brute force and a magic class to be focused on lighter armor with more magical enchantment. Medium armor is a good balance of both.
Original Morrowind had the heaviest armor with the highest enchant which I found discriminated against casters and anyone who wanted to wear lighter gear.
