Remove the dark plate lines and let the normal map handle it. (Not talking about the dark conduit areas)
I cant do that. Its part of the actual ship hull design. Please feel free to reference any destiny ascension pictures or in game models. Will they be deep cuts? No but they are necessary. It would not appear as it should if i just left it to the normal map. Im sorry.
I strongly disagree. These plate lines aren't deeply accented on any Destiny Ascension model I've seen. But then again, what would I know?
