The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.

Still very rough but im going off a ME3 interface theme.
Looks great, I like the transparency.
Looks good. Although I see that you're still using the SoP icons as placeholders right?
Is this just the Council's?
Also, how about some shots of your research trees? It would be nice to see your mass effect styled research buttons and the tree layouts.
Also, Maybe some UI shots of your ship icons.
