This is the first taste of the "War Games" conversion for Vampire Masqurade Bloodlines. There's a lot of work remaining, but is fully playable for 10-15 hours. This mod is not and addition for vanilla game. It a new setting. Know issues: Big issue is in the intro. Malkavian and Nosferatu sire is not done and you cant get a explanation of your mission or a correct introduction. Those clans are not recommended for first run. You can't leave sire' place using the door in the main room with any clan anyway with any clan. Beyond this point there's no crash point or big issue in the game. We will keep working for finish the game and will take in consideration ideas and of course help (specially modelling) I want to thank Mamita, Shadow Man for work, also Wesp5 for testing. And specially Malkav, that is not present in the credits because join later, but made a real fantastic work translating, and scripting! Installation: 1) Install VBTM game 2) Install UP10 3) Unpack mod over UP10 folder

I'm downloading it now. I hope the nosferatu get plenty of attention since they are my main clan.
First of all, I loved what you did with the game, to take an initiative to do something new, creative and that is so difficult to do (forgive my English please, I'm Brazilian and I speak Portuguese, I'll talk about my experience with the game ).
Unfortunately, I could not finish all the quest because of several bug's that happen mainly in Zurich, so I could not continue the quests, for example:
1. Certain places that my character should be able to enter, he can not (I just press the letter E several times and nothing happens).
2. There is an NPC in Zurich that when I try to interact with it also nothing happens (the interaction icon appears, but when I press to talk to it nothing happens too).
3. Many bug's in quests (sometimes it happens that a certain quest does not update in Quest Log or even does not start).
4. There is a specific location in Zurich that when I tried to enter, my game just crashed
5. The quest about the satanic cult, there is a stage of it that I had to go to a mansion, arriving there, I could not continue the quest .. also because of the bug of not being able to enter the mansion.
I played as a Ventrue, I do not know if that makes any difference, but the biggest problems I've been playing was in Zurich, I'm stuck there and I can not keep going because of these bug's (not accessible places, NPC that does not speak, Quest log) . Anyway, I hope all these mistakes are fixed soon, because I want to finish my quest's =D

The game is develop until Zurich, you can't go further for now... Is not a bug, simply nothing more is done already...
There's 3 quests that can't be finish in release 1.
-"War games" (obviously main quest will end when game will be e finish)
-"Evil shadow", as you said you can't enter in the mansion.
-"Thrill of hunting", next step will be in Zurich bank.
You must wait until release 2...
Created an account just to comment on this mod, just because how impressed I am with it, even being just a demo yet. Excellent, awesome work, eager to see it develop further. :D
Notes on problems I've detected to help you deal with them, though I assume some are just consequence of being a demo just yet (I'm Spanish, I apologize in advance for any mistakes):
1) A lot of textures are just... off. I've seen gaps in textures(i.e. during the boat quest)(or portals into dizzying dimensions :P), errors in continuity of textures (suddenly a bit of wall has a diferent color or texture altogether), textures dissapearing a few steps away from you (the carpets on the hotel); I even had troubles doing the incomplete building quest, since one of the stairs is slightly off and makes you have to do a little parkour to get to the top. Sometimes, some NPCs are missing an eye, too.
2) Quests are weakly scripted. You can stumble in the middle of a quest simply while exploring and opening a cabinet, or a chest; so suddenly you're in step 3 or 4 of a quest you didn't know. (Happened to me while exploring Paris, simply picking the massage parlor lock, or picking the lock on the Irish pub, I suddenly found myself locked into traveling to Paris with no way to go back. Also, deciding to spare the warehouse owner had no consequences whatsoever.)
3) Maps. You should really add some textures with a map of the zone to the hubs, kind of how bus stops worked in the original VtMB. (Helps a lot when you're said to go to the palace in Paris to actually know what or where to look for!)
4) Hubs. I've had a lot of problems with dropping FPS anytime I stepped outside a building; I think is a problem from the mod, since with identical settings the original VtMB works smoothly, and only happens on the big hubs.
5) The boat. You can't leave the boat unless you decide to kill the guy.
6) Some dialogs never show what you are being said AND what you can reply at the same time.
7) The fireplace on the Embrace scene can straight up murder you if you walk any close, with no need to step inside.
8) Street Blood Dolls never find any place "intimate enough" to let you feed from them.
And... that's all I can think of atm. Points 2-4 I think are the more serious issues. Hoping this can help you detect and deal with them! :D
