Adds attractive plants and stables to the exterior. The stables contain two guars who will follow, stay or wander at your command. Just inside the Upper Level is a note with an amulet on top. Equip the amulet to summon the housekeeper, who will offer to sell you the stronghold for 20,000 gold. The housekeeper also sells food and drink and can transport you to and from Balmora. The housekeeper is summoned each time you wear the amulet. (There is no restriction on your use of the house if you don't wish to pay.) Talk to the housekeeper again after buying the house, and she will suggest that you hire the three servants. If you pay her a further 20,000 gold, three servants will instantly appear. Speak to one of them once, then end your conversation, then talk to them again - the new 'follow'...
