Rename Russia to Soviet Union (or "Советский Союз" if you want). Or if you really want to use sov. russia use this flag: Ru.wikipedia.org.

RA is a alternate reality and this flag was in RA2 and YR. I know, people from WW Studios use old flags and future borders of countries and this is crazy. I think about current Russian flag, but in game Russia is a soviet country - and i use old. When i rename this to "Soviet Union" i must change borders on loading screen too ^^. Probably I use this flag. But you are be right this is weird.
Mmm... I'd like you to think about it. Maybe in future you will do something, because i don't like (and not only i) when people use old flags, but if you say that you want to look on RA like alternate reality and your mod hasn't got a plot, you can use it. You make the mod, right? =))
I gave only example what can you do for mod that can make it better.)
