it is in EaW now! (yes, it is Corellia) ;)
+are these decorations like turrets or lamps and bacta tanks going to be deplayable in other maps or is it just a texture ?
It's all models with textures from swtor and created by Bioware. I just put it in EaW as props. All players can make there's maps with this props when download pack. Soon. Maybe in November finish work...

+are you going to add those props to already made props xml folder like urban or you plan to make custom xml with it ? I think that custom xml will be better
I am already make custom xml. But i think divide one (Corellia xml) to several. Becouse already in that file have Kaas, neutral, republic, imperial and others props.

I think at first, include several Corellia maps in one pack. Next, i think make Dromund Kaas. Not shure about maps like Belsavis, but Ord Mantel maybe i make... in 3-rd:)
