I think its not a render, but a drawing.
The words rendered and rendering are the formal terms artists use to describe a completed drawing or painting.

Paint over Mirror's Edge concept, lol? How do you make your concepts? It often looks like you overpaint fotographs.
I did the body without reference, for the face I did use some reference picture's but nothing special. I'll upload some tutorials on how I do my paintings... in a few months probably, not anytime soon.

Because she's asian she's copied from Mirrors Edge? Faith's hair is not that supple, she has geometric tatoos, a slightly more european look to her features, and a rounder face. The mod takes place in China, the rebels would naturally be asian.
