This mod makes hundreds of changes, large and small, to the vanilla version of the game. It is harder and longer than the vanilla version but gives you many more tools to combat the alien threat.
Excellent work. Many thanks for the Linux version, this is a mod that's definitely worth a try and shows a true dedication of the community.
I am no expert player of the base game, but this mod makes losing so much more satisfying! I most like all of the mechanics added to make meaningful changes to the AI difficulty based on game events. The added depth to things like equipment is great, too.
