Adds The Legio Cybernetica to Dawn of War as a playable race.
Description
One of the unfinished versions of the mod to act as a Demo. The Silica Animus isn't finished yet and though I haven't checked I think I didn't include it as a playable unit, The Crusader Class Robot isn't finished it will attack with it's arms and guns at the same time though only currently attacks with it's arms when it's very close to a target I think, though I may have fixed it.

it says I dont have the WXP but I have the module in the mod manager so I cant launch it. I made sure to unload the files properly and even did it twice to make sure is there any way to fix this?
