Lambda Wars (formerly Half-Life 2: Wars) brings the struggle between the human resistance and their Combine overlords to a multiplayer real-time strategy setting. The Lambda Wars beta only requires Alien Swarm installed to play. It features 3 multiplayer game modes: Sandbox, Annihilation and Overrun, showcasing the Rebels and Combine playable factions and a full-fledged RTS interface and HUD. There is also a singleplayer tutorial and a handful of singleplayer missions.

Nice! Would be nice if we could just edit a hole map like this! and save it! as normal maps or senarios! imagine all the creativity! :D

Would be lots of work though (and editing brushes/terrain is pretty much out of the question). I want to focus on things which are hard/annoying to do in Hammer.

Description

Progress of an ingame flora editor to quickly populate a map with foliage props. Showns prop models are made by ProgSys.

Features:
* Place many flora/foliage props (no collisions, but can have animations)
* Select/translate/rotate/copy/paste flora props
* Saves changes to both the bsp and vmf files

Plans are to expand the editor for other entities as well (depending on what we need for Lambda Wars).

Parts of the editor code are based on the light editor from Swarm-Deferred project.
