Hy there guys!

As you sen we finally finished our Alpha-I stage, so the next checkpoint is Alpha-II.

And here is some informationa about that :P

While A-1 is all about mapping, and scripting ing Hammer, then A-2 is all about modelling NPCs weapons and props.
Ask I can say, modelling a character is much more complicated than building a nice looking map in Hammer :). Escpecially when you never modelled any character before in 3DS Max, :).

So we're working as always. I glad because my friend SzilaJ helps me out about this character modelling stuff. He's very talented I think, and he also helped the guys at Cry Of Fear team, back then :).
This first NPC character will be a Central Union character, similar that you seen on the latest pics but it's a low poly version now. While he's texturing it now, i set up the weightmaps for the modell.

The first NPC character is not the only thing that will come with the Alpha-2 stage. I made a very, very nice looking map, wich places in the streets of Old Home (the underground city). Basically this map is a test map for our NPC enemies. As we finish our NPC soldier modell I will make some screenshots and a new video :D.

In my opion, both the map and the NPC soldier are a big step for this mod :].

And I hope you guys, will like it as much as i like it :D!

Keep tuned & keep tracking! ;)
