Here you can see the Flak for heavy AA not doing what it's supposed to at all. Seems like it wants to work too well and then i edit it and it wants to not work at all.

Note that the fighters are the combined compliment of the Tempest(Venator), The Scimitar(Victory-I), The Immortal(Immortalis), Leveler(Acclamator), 2 Acclamators, a Defender-I and the 4 squadrons from the Starbase.
