Interesting that you would describe him as an HK-GOTO droid.
It is stated in KOTOR II that HK-47 met Go-TO, and was disassembled by him, only to be partially rebuilt by T3-M4 and completed by Meetra Surik. There was a distinct and humorous rivalry between HK-47 and Go-TO throughout the game, ending with GO-TO's destruction by HK-47 on Malachor V.
Since you are including an updated GO-TO droid as a Hero for Palpatine's faction, perhaps you could add an HK-47, HK-50, or HK-51 model assassin droid to the Knight's faction as a buildable unit? As Drake was Revan's protege, it stands to reason that he would have known of Revan's HK production facilities on Telos and Mustafar, and would thus be able to repair and utilize them to mass produce HK series droids.
HK-47 is still around. He is on a crashed Hammerhead on Mustafar in the GCW era.
He will be a hero for the Knights.
