I don't really think the elf infantry fits... Was it in the game like that?

The Paladins upgrading into the Elven infantry doesn't seem right...
I guess if you can, have elves and dwarves have their own troop tree that can be recruited by Hironeiden lords.
Ecclesia can probably have the same with the Patriarchal guards
