This is my full-modpack. It will modify GTA: Vice City to contain different buildings, new cars, and all sorts of other new features. All I can say is: check it out on my page, download the mod and see for yourself. I put percent complete at 90% because there will be frequent updates, and the mod will probably never be completely finished ;) Have fun!
