That is correct! :) There is a background selection image also to add even more contrast. It can however be disabled if preferred. For now only with console commands.
You can also change position of the hud. Right left. Make a mini version of the hud elements which can be in all corners of the screen.
And couple other features.
Are you guys gonna add in some sort of automatic firearm (like the M16 rifles used in the movie)?
I ask because the HUD icon for the HL2 machine gun is there.
We have the goal to make the M16. :)
Yes I made Icons for all HL2 weapons because this HUD will be released as resource.
The M16 would be a nice addition, since that HL2 HUD smg part is a placeholder and it could fit for the M16A1 (which it was show in the original Jurassic Park) however I love the HUD so much!
