Realism is a term that is now used more and more often by people when talking about games or modifications however in most cases Realism will always end up giving way to other things. We aim to break this increasing trend and make our work to as high a degree of Realism that we can possibly do. Currently the gameplay in Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising is clearly towards arcade. We aim to change this to bring a far more Realistic experience to players.Joint Operations: Reality will be brought to you using Novalogics enhanced bhd engine from Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising. This expansion is not called Reality for nothing and to make sure things are to as high a degree of Realism as we can get them, countless numbers of advisors have aided the development team for the Mod. These advisors are ex/current military and law enforcement personel mostly, with them ranging from being Canadian Army Snipers to British Army Medics for example. Description

This is the Realism Hud WORK IN PROGRESS.
Below is the complete changelog SO FAR for the
games HUD. The Veichle view in this image were
planning on taking out so this is up mainly as an
example of the work weve done to the Miniguns in
game to give them Realistic ammunition ammount,
RPM, Range, Recoil, accuracy, spread and tracers.

1. Gun icons now go bottom left facing vertically
upwards and are smaller, more transparent to.
2. Spin map removed
3. Weapon name gone
4. Ammo count and bars gone
5. Health Bar gone
6. Stance images gone
7. Bottom left frame gone
8. Player grid co-ord on right side gone (still
on map etc)
9. Dist to next waypoint gone from hud (still on
map)
10. Number of players and time moved down to
bottom right
11. What team your on text moved down to left
corner
12. Base takeover boxes border art and box
removed and slightly moved top right-ish
13. Triangles on screen indicating waypoints
changed to simple pins and letters
14. Veichle interface images removed leaving just
seating boxes
15. Gear setting removed to bottom left above
team name
