There's nothing quite like the rush of running, falling, jumping and crawling your way toward the release switch whilst under fire from rockets, railguns and lasers... then jabbing that switch and releasing all your team mates! Then finally watching as they all come running out of the open doors and beat the other team to death with Laser Cleavers! There's never a dull moment in JB, you're either fighting to stay alive, fighting to release your team mates, or fighting to escape from jail!

I wonder if railguns will ever exist. I imagine the possibilities...

they do exist in experimental form.

not practical in real life for handheld use though, because it would transfer recoil to the firer even more efficiently than a firearm (in a conventional firearm, some of the recoil energy is transferred to ambient gases, which can be redirected to nullify the effect of recoil).

the experimental ones are for ships, because the recoil wouldn't matter too much, and they would be able to shoot stuff miles away for much cheaper than currently possible with missiles (of course, this would be in conjunction with a very good targeting system).

the main stumbling block, I believe, is finding a material that is both durable enough (the projectile makes a LOT of friction), conductive enough (a lot of electricity is needed, so they want to waste as little as possible), and resistant enough to deformation (a tiny bit of deformation can reduce accuracy a lot)

argh

getting back on topic, nice model, and I like the texture. It makes it looks like it's been used before
