Ever wanted to be like Jet Li in The One? Or Neo in Matrix? Well now you can. With this mod you will have the power to slow down everything around you to a crawling pace. While at the same time your speed is not effected. Blow your enemies into the air and while their head is flying of shoot it a couple of times, and all this in slowmo. Features 0.1: - Slowmo makes everything around you much slower, while you still move at normal speed - Physics are tweaked a bit - almost infinite slowmo!(one hour long, and recharges in 10th of a second) - weapons are tweaked, more ammo can be carried - more blood/gore

It does what it says it does. Slows down time for far longer, yet you are the same speed, and it gives more ammo to your ammo storage and the ammo in the clip, and it causes more gore. The only downside to the mod is that the enemy can still fire their guns, so if you run in front of a slow enemy, he can still fire his weapon, even after you've killed him. This is especially true when you kill him as he fires his weapon. A shotgun blast to you still hurts in slowmo. Pre-set map explosions are also a problem because you don't know they're going to happen, and you could be right on top of one. So it's best to use slowmo when needed instead of through the whole map. Also, make sure to start a new game with this mod because if you use this with a game already started slowmo only lasts for 30 seconds and recharges at normal speed. Also, it's best to go through the game without the mod at least once, then go back and god mode, or "Neo mode" the crap out of it. Don't give this a bad rating because it ruins your experience. You did choose to download and use this, didn't you? So you should give yourself a bad rating for ruining your experience. I think this mod's awesome and adds a different kind of fun to the game.
Really fun mod! This mod allows you to virtually stop time and move faster than when you were out of bullettime. it also adds a limitless bullet-time bar. there are problems I had, like how you need to start a new game to use it, or how it's relatively easy, but it's still a really fun mod.
also, you need to go out of bullet-time to use doors, and this for me was a very good feature.
