Infection is all about having things to do, taking the normal zombie game and adding a large, deep story, and at the same time having many other game-modes to choose from. You can even just hang with your friends in the lobby mode. The game will feature a fully working achievement system so you can show off your accomplishments, an in-game stats page, and a fully customizable HUD. Our game is your game, it’s all about the users.
This is the Work in Progress HUD with new animations. This is the view while holding a gun, most guns will have 2 ammo displays, the ammo in and the ammo in the clip, so the ammo part the hud enlarges to show it all while looking cool at the same time.

fpsbannana? Are you serious? This model is from the hl2 beta, and I decided to put it in because I thought it would have been a great weapon in the game. The only model that has in fact been used from there is the bat, and I'm only using it as a placeholder. I hate how people try to find every little thing to put down a mod for even after a lot of hard work has been put into it, especially in the code. and if you hadn't already noticed, this same model is used in synergy, a mod now on steamworks. Sorry for flaming.
liking the HUD, simple, and all in one side so one glance does it.
i'd give it a backdrop to make sure it always can be seen, and maybe tweak the font, but even if you don't, this is good.
I'm going to mod the fonts soon and we will have custom icons to replace the words 'HEALTH' and 'AMMO'. As for the backdrop I've been trying to think of a creative way to do it without it looking like crap.
suggestion to make a good zombie mod is : always dark so u barly can see, zombies = Alot of Hp and alitle faster then the humans one hit = instant gets infected to a zombie
