There are some simple reasons for why it doesn't work:
Do you have both expansions?
Do you have the latest official updates?
Do you have any cracks?
Hi Mandosrex, I've got AOE 3 with all the latest updates (because I bought if from steam). I tried the mod with the installer and it's not working. It gave me some code to post for someone who knows whats they're doing from the looks of it. Is the fact that I got it from steam interfering? Is there something I need to add that I haven't? The mod looks great and I'm dying to try it. Thanks!

You noticed extremely, and I mean extremely wrong.
It works with any version of AoE3, Steam or non-Steam.
the mirror is not working atm
