First things first, this mod will improve and (probably) act as a small overhaul to Deus Ex's characters, and their abilities. So far, work has been done primarily on robots I will try to release this version first, and later supplement it by adding other NPC overhauls, such as aliens and (if possible) generic human NPCs.
