IcIrIs’s Weapon Mod (IWM) is a mod which enables you to have a modded server without the hassle of opening up files and modding them your self. It is easy, and effective to use.
This mod was created because I got tired of opening up files and editing weapon damage manually, so it is now set up to respond with variables that are set in the CFG file that you run on your server. As well as weapons you can edit a few other cool things.
Keep a look out for a new release.
The mod is now hosted by the makers of the mod.
There will be no updates for this mod untill v1.2 of Far Cry comes out.
This is do to the fact that 1.2 will change many parts of the game and I will need to make the mod from scratch again so that I do not overwrite some of the changes.
With the mod you do not need to load it it should override the original game. This was made so that people didnt need to download it when they wanted to play on a server with the mod on it.
loaded mod no maps to choose from cannot figure out why the maps are not showing up the mod shows it is loaded help
The next versoin of the mod will be coming out when the new patch comes out. Not the one that they recalled but the new one.
There is no way to take screens it doent change how the guns look it changes how the guns work. Like the damages and ammo and other things like that.
how do you expect people to get a good first glance if theres no screens? c'mon, i weapons mod needs screens!
I love what it alows server admins to do. I use it on my server when it is running and it fills up fast. This is the Ultimate Mod For Server Admins. And also the fact that it is a server side mod so the people that go to the server dont need to have it.
Sounds pretty neat! I will try it!!!
