So now I'm in Russia, and no matter how much I'd like to continue to work on this mod, I am unable because my parents have an ancient computer. They also have a Russian Windows which tends to have a little problem with US products, but that's fixable. What's not fixable is the age of the computer that is hard to upgrade and expensive.
This mod is not dead, it is just temporarely frozen for now, till I get back home. It might take months but it will take less than a year. I'll be happy to see if you have any ideas for now, any kind of ideas, that way I can try to work at least on something.

Hmm, coding shouldn't be a problem for you, only testing of already built/compiled mods.
If you find somebody to test it for you, or if you have a friend with a modern PC, you could continue working on your mods.
