You could decrease SW timers to 3 mins if considering all the otehr changes.
A suggestion,lower veterancy requirements.

but WHY did you take out infantry annyway :(
well because when i was making just infantry mod it made my game freeze a lot because I was making a bunch of units and just one group had a bunch of units. When I get a better/newer computer I most likely will include infantry. But if you want I can probably include infantry just for you :DDD
do i need the first hyper wars to install this one? (just found this mod)
just played it and i love it but the game kinda lags when al en enemy al on insane spamming ALOT of units on a 8 player map, when on a 4 or 2 player map its really funny to see al those tanks being spammed
