New Version! Here changes some colors and textures, modified the reforms to the incivilizeds, solved bugs, modified decisions, and a new diplomatic make puppet mechanic (you need to have a country in the sphere, and the other great powers need to not be cordial, friendly or neutral, also you need to have 200 relations with it)
