For users of the Hungarian translation:
This version has stopped using two separate mods for Hungarian and English, as the newest version of Paradox Hungary's translation has an implemented Hungarian language select in the launcher. Just download the lates version of the translation, and you should be able to use this fine.

Ebben a verzióban már nincs kettéválasztva a magyar és angol változat, mert a Paradox Hungary fordításának legújabb változatában már választható a magyar nyelv a lanuncherből. A fordítás legfrissebb változata már kompatibilis ezzel a verzióval.

Sadly I can't try out this new version since a windows update just broke the game and every time I try to start it I get the message "Internal error 0x0A: Protection initialization failed!", no matter what I try it seems I won't be able to play until either a new hoi4 version comes out that works or a new windows update fixes it....

Anyways what I wanted to ask since I can't try it out for myself, if there's something the player can do about the "stacking penalty to conscription".

Having 2 options with the reclaimed areas would be nice in my opinion.
1.Make amends with the slovakian,croatian,serbian,romanian population so they will be more willing to help the nation. (even if the penalty won't end completely, this should lower it)

2.Retribution for Trianon. This option should forcefully relocate (either all of them or a huge portion of them) the non-hungarian citizens, by doing so the penalty should grow even higher, but as a trade off the national spirit should get a considerable boost from it. Other nations should also get negative opinion modifiers. (mostly democratic and neutral nations).

These 2 extra options would allow the player to have much more control over their nation / it would enhance the role playing aspect by quite a lot. Also these decisions could branch out to an extra 1 or 2 national focus option, to reflect the changing mindset of the nation.


As for the "Anschluss", "Demand Sudetenland" balances I would first thank you for implementing my suggestions c: ,secondly I would like to mention that romania should have the same system, when the USSR demands parts of their land and they are a hungarian puppet the player should decide if they yield or not.

Well that's all I wanted to say, thanks for this great mod/update and I hope that I will be able to play it in the future.

I might not have been clear enough about the integration. The point is to eventually integrate the territories in question. The penalty only applies to territories, that are in the process of being integrated, and once they are, the penalty loses 1 stack. The length of integration is semi-random, but it can be influenced by the integration focuses, and events that appear randomly.
I'm not entirely done with the integration "system", especially in the Austria-Hungary branch, so there might certainly be room for your ideas about deportation. Therea re some problems with it though. Paradox intentionally left out bits of hirtory from HOI4, that concern particular ethnic groups, or nationalities (like genocide, or mass deportations), because the game is not supposed to focus on those (and thus, the mod shouldn't either). The second problem is, that the integration part is only available for those who play the realistic version (as the others get free cores on the territories in question). Expanding this system too much would essentially divide the mod in two, with one half being way more fleshed out than the other. Granted, the realistic version is the official, standard way to play the mod, I still wouldn't like to put too much focus on somtehing that is not available for everyone.

You bringing up Romania made me think about what I'm actually doing with these event-redirections. Paradox should honestly have given this a little more thought, as it clearly doesn't make sense for a subject nation to give away territory, without the approval of their overlords. It really shouldn't be modders who make these events, but rather Paradox themselves. They really don't take much work, most of them can be solved, by redirecting the event that the subject would get to their overlord.
I will of course still do what you suggested, and let Romania's overlord decide about Bessarabia if they are puppets, I just think that this should be in the base game already.

A Horthy-t királlyá választós event véletlenszerű, vagy vannak feltételei?

Amennyiben véletlenszerű, akkor javasolnék helyette egy fókuszt esetleg a sikeres revízió után, hiszen akkor, ha a nép azt látja, hogy Horthy dicsőséget hozott az országra, akkor esélyes, hogy támogatta volna.

Esetleg egy segítségnyújtás Lengyelországnak fókusz is lehetne (tudom, hogy meg lehet őket hívni a szövetségbe, de egy hadianyag küldős vagy egy az önkéntesek küldése százalékot módosító fókusz szerintem jó lenne).

Talán a finnek megsegítése is módosításra kerülhetne, hogy ha a németek felé orientálódik az ország, akkor is lehessen nekik segíteni valahogy.

Egyébként szeretnék gratulálni az általad végzett munkához, csak így tovább!

Én nálam a Hungarizmus fókusznál csak annyi, hogy ha Horthy párttal vagyok akkor azt a fókuszt valahogy ne lehessen megcsinálni (legyen feltétele), de a mod azon belül jó!

Meg az Őrvidéknél egy fókuszt ( igaz, hogy van ha a Magyarok az Elssőt fókuszt csináljuk), de lehetne egy ismét gratulálok!
