V2 makes this mod unique without needing any downloads futhermore. crediting of course "eezstreet", owner of SEF (Elite force), the base body of this mod. this version is dedicated to highlight this Mod's name (HOV) and change some things.

The new V2 File contains its major changes and adds. on the file category.
