Description
Main additions include a take colony wargoal to take entire colonial regions (such as India) in one war, the ability for the US to get a claim on Canada, the New World immigration debuff when at war now only applies when one of your cores is occupied, a decision to decide the fate of Ottoman lands if Turkey becomes your puppet, and various bug fixes
