The goal of this mod is to bring back the units from the original Homeworld into the Homeworld 2 engine, with high quality texture and polycount detail. The campaign and animatics from the original game will also be included.

Is it just me, or is each gun actually tracking an individual target? Often that can be extremely difficult to set up unless you do a move & attack order. Just making an attack band-box, even over multiple units, forces a ship to use all of its weapons on a single target, and ignore all others until that one target has been destroyed.

Well that ship was attacking instinctively, the AI wan't complete at the time of the SS, and also the ship is using the exact same turret values from the original, HW1 was a pretty well made game, and we are using all that good data for the mod.
Damn that's alot of guns.

Light corvettes are kinda point less ya.

I ask because that means yet another ship you are showing us for the first time in this selection of screenshots.
It's not exactly showing, it's more leaked... i hadn't noticed it there :s
We have a LOT more ships ingame, they just aren't ready to be showed.
