This is a mod made by a Korean mapper. The read me is almost empty. It seems to be a remake of Half-Life! It starts with a tram ride, followed by collecting your hazard suit, then pushing the material into the test chamber and watch things go wrong.
Half-Life: Resiaul Point is an awesome single player mod for Half-Life 1 created by the korean team Radiation-Studios. The mod itself is longer than the original Half-Life and mixes very enviroments of the main game and it's 2 official expansions Opposing Force and Blue Shift.
The Ngrunts were supposed to be some sort of mutated form of human/alien hybrid creatures. I call this texture package thus a failure. The alterations made on the original models were in fact intended although I admit that they weren't in the best of quality. Still not everyone has the capability to texture a model from scratch and they weren't that bad.
Bruh you are completly wrong. You are talking about the ZGRUNT model while the one i have adjusted its textures is the NGRUNT.
Recon team check in.
Recon, in possition all quite, over
No sign of hostile.
Sometimes, I think that these dudes are the US Army, even though they have "Navy" in the name and uses the HD Opposing Force models (minus the LD medic grunt) as default designs. Plus, modified Black Ops animations.
I'd like to understand why they are neutral. Resisual Point is a very strange mod, but still very nice one. This entire mod should be part of the cooperative campaing in Sven Co-op, it would be awesome to play with many team mates against tens of enemies in those large maps.
A VERY strange mod. Strange things from nearly invisible headcrabs and barnacles to pit drones showing up early during the Black Mesa Incident. I wish there was a version that replaced the zgrunts with Race X aliens and maybe included some weapons from Half-Life: Opposing Force, among other changes (INCLUDING MAKING OTIS USE A DESERT EAGLE CHAMBERED IN .357 MAGNUM INSTEAD OF WEAK 9MM).
Squad, quiet down.
In Residual Point, the Opposing Force HECU Marines are still hostile toward the player.
