Imports the immigration system from TGC mod and it allows culture specific migration as well. The instruction for this system is on the mod folder. Please delete your HFM folder and replace it with this one.

Hey man, I am trying to integrate this into my own mod which is based on HFM. Would that be okay? Also what exactly did you have to change? Thank you.
