German uniform with new ankle boots and trousers modeled by Kaminski. Originally in IOM as a WaffenSS uniform. Tunic model by TWI, Retexture by Lemonater47, normals by Postamenos to make a new M42 tunic.

A new uniform combo for low levels with the standard uniform set. Can be used with any headgear. The Lighting in the Viewer is bad so I couldn't get the best screenshots. But that's one of the many things in store for German uniforms.

Just curious, what will be the American and German anti-tank capabilities? Will we ever see bazookas and panzerschrecks/panzerfausts implemented?

Yes.
It will be part of the existing German Heer uniform set. So mixed in with helmets and jackboots. After about August-October the Germans had reorganised their supply priorities so more soldiers had helmets rather than caps. Beforehand 30-60% of german divisions had these M43 field caps. Or the M42 cap which if you look a few screenshots back you can see on the german radioman.
Also thinking of making a black version for tank crewmen.
I know the German commander has the sound of an helmet when getting shot in the head, will this happen with this cap also?
I've actually fixed this issue lol. And told TWI how to fix it. Essentially they missed out a line of code that tells the game that he hasn't got a helmet. Detailed here Forums.tripwireinteractive.com
They did it for the Russian and Japanese hats. But not the German TLs hat. I think giving a hat to the German TL was a last minute rushed decision or something.
SO yeah these hats and the german TLs hat won't make the "plink" sound when shot. In the mod anyway.
